At Healthcare Academy, we’re committed to preparing the next generation of New Zealand’s health professionals to enter the workforce through a world-class learning environment and a strong network of clinical placements.

After consultation with industry leaders, we’ve identified the greatest need for workers is in the nursing space, which is why we are initially launching with a Diploma in Enrolled Nursing (Level 5), available to study from 2023 onwards.

Through a mix of classroom-based learning, simulated clinical environments and real clinical placements, this 18-month qualification gives students the skills and knowledge to work in a range of healthcare settings, from medical centres and hospitals to rehabilitation and aged care. A career in nursing is one of the world’s most respected professions, offering a unique opportunity to support vulnerable communities and people in need.
